FRED Economic Data Add-In

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Economic Data (FRED) Add-In provides access to a large variety of economic data collected by government agencies, international organizations and private surveys. The add-in is a great timesaver because it brings together a broad variety of data sources into one familiar interface of Excel. Normally this information would be scattered across the internet and sometimes would be inaccessible to outside users; this add-in solves those issue. In addition to providing raw numbers, the add-in allows the user to create simple graphs and perform more complex data manipulation. It is a powerful research tool that is easy to master.
