Excel Image Assistant allows the user to insert images directly into a cell or an associated comment. One of the key convenience features of the add-in allows the user to perform batch operations to insert multiple images at once. In addition to inserting the image itself, the add-in can also insert the image file name into an adjacent cell (which is most convenient if the file names are preformatted to convey necessary information). Businesses can use this add-in to maintain an inventory database or product catalog enhanced by photos.
