Listware for Excel cleans and enriches contact information data stored in Excel. Listware add-in can fill in missing or outdated pieces of information such as address, phone and email. Listware relies on extensive address databases to perform its operations and provides a summary report that outlines the changes made to the original data.
Listware for Excel provides global address verification, phone verification, email verification, and geocodes the postal addresses of your international contacts with precise latitude and longitude coordinates. The program can add missing information like city, state, and ZIP code, as well as append names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses to your contact lists. Change of address processing will update the addresses of companies and people that have moved in your Excel files.

The add-in quickly creates rows of dates that are matched up by month, day, day of the week and day of the year, yearly quarter and week number (in various formats), which can then be combined with other Excel-stored data relying on chronological sorting. It's a great shortcut app.

One of the key convenience features of the add-in allows the user to perform batch operations to insert multiple images at once. In addition to inserting the image itself, the add-in can also insert the image file name into an adjacent cell (which is most convenient if the file names are preformatted to convey necessary information). In addition to providing raw numbers, the add-in allows the user to create simple graphs and perform more complex data manipulation. It is a powerful research tool that is easy to master.
The St. Louis Fed also provides a helpful demo video that showcases the add-in features to new users.
